These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f88 ("f88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the f88 online gaming platform accessible at https://f88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds pending investigation.

f88 permits only one account per individual player. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. f88 employs technical measures to detect duplicate account activity and will act accordingly upon discovery.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your f88 account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.

f88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access and is available at no cost to all registered players.

• The account is being used by or on behalf of a person other than the registered account holder.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity has been conducted through the account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires us to do so.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the f88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f88 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and f88 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

f88 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. f88 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to identity verification and the absence of pending wagering requirements.
• f88 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per month. Any such limits will be communicated to the player at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the account. f88 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered account holder.

Deposits made in error or under disputed circumstances must be reported to f88 support within 24 hours of the transaction. f88 will investigate all such reports and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.

f88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply across all f88 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.

All bets and wagers placed on the f88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event, as displayed within the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to the outcome of that game or event.

All bets are final once confirmed. f88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in limited circumstances such as the cancellation of a sporting event or a manifest error in odds, which are addressed below.

• Bets on sporting events that are cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned without a result will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport rules.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — defined as an odds value that is clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human error — f88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators operated by our game providers. f88 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including disconnection, game crash, or server error — f88 will endeavour to reinstate the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided.

f88 sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. f88 is not responsible for changes in odds occurring between the time a player selects a bet and the time of confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of funds under review, and may result in the reporting of relevant activity to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in sport or gaming outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, Platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to f88 support.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement, court order, or regulatory prohibition.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward f88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the f88 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, text, layout, user interface elements, and brand identifiers, is the exclusive intellectual property of f88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of f88.

The f88 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks of f88. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

• Inaccuracies in sporting data, event information, or odds information sourced from third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, f88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms in the first instance through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
